REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing dining tables from our website. To protect your consumer rights, please carefully read the following refund policy before requesting a return or refund.
Special Notice
Due to sustained operating losses, we have decided to clear out our existing dining table inventory at a loss. This promotion aims to sell off current stock; therefore, quantities are limited and available only while supplies last. Despite this being a clearance sale, we will still provide return and refund services for eligible orders in accordance with this policy, ensuring the protection of consumers’ legal rights.
I. Order Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Once processing is complete, delivery will proceed via standard logistics channels.
II. Shipping Time
The estimated shipping time is 2 days after the item is dispatched.
Actual delivery times may be slightly delayed due to weather, logistics arrangements, or other force majeure factors.
III. Return Period
If you are dissatisfied with the item received, you may submit a return request within 30 days of receipt, provided the return conditions are met.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will generally not be accepted, except where otherwise required by law.
IV. Return Conditions
Items submitted for return must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and suitable for resale;
The item is intact and free from man-made damage;
The item’s packaging, accessories, and attachments are complete;
Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.
Returns are generally not supported in the following cases:
Damage caused by human error or misuse;
The item has been installed, modified, or shows obvious signs of use;
The item is missing original packaging, accessories, or attachments;
The request is submitted after the specified return period.
V. Return Application Process
Submit a return request within the return period;
Upon verification that return conditions are met, ship the item back as instructed;
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt;
The refund process will begin once the inspection is passed.
Please do not ship the item back without prior confirmation, as this may affect the processing of your return.
VI. Refund Processing
Once eligibility for a refund is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method; no additional refund processing fees will be charged. The actual time of receipt may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.
VII. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If the items you receive fall into any of the following categories:
Obvious quality issues;
Damage incurred during transit;
Discrepancy between the received items and the order details;
Please contact us promptly and provide relevant photos or order information; we will assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible after verification.
VIII. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already entered the shipping process, you must wait until the items are delivered and signed for, then apply for a refund in accordance with the return process.
IX. Refund Amount
For orders eligible for a refund, the amount actually paid for the items will be refunded.
If promotional offers or discounts were applied to the order, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
